Hollywood Domino Event Benefitting The Seven Bar Foundation

Now Flip This was honored to be a part of an evening where Â Hollywood stars came out to celebrate and honor the tireless work of The Seven Bar Foundation at the Hollywood Domino pre-oscar gala.Â During the event, party-goers played unique games of dominoes that had themÂ competing against each other to raise money for charity. The Hollywood Domino event brought out the likes of such stars as Hayden Panettiere, Mila Kunis,Kellan Lutz, Ali Larter, Seth MacFarlene, Jenna Elfman, Stacy Keibler, Cuba Gooding Jr., Serena Williams,Â Kevin Spacey,Chris Del Gatto, Odette Yustman, David Annable and so many more.Â Proceeds from the event benfitted to The Seven Bar Foundation.

The Seven Bar Foundation is a non-profit organization that seeks to empower impoverished women though microfinance. This amazing charity helps women from all over the world through finacial means to provide a way forÂ independence. From The Seven Bar Foundation website:

“The idea is simple: individuals are provided with small loans to start or grow small businesses, allowing them to become economically self-sufficient, provide for their families for the long-term and replace dependency on limited donor funds. The rungs of our logo represent these loans â€“ a ladder that allows impoverished women an effective and self-sufficient exit out of poverty.“

Stunning and fashion forward dressed guests made their way over to our mobile flipbook studio to shoot a quick 7 second video which we turned, in a matter of minutes, into a fun and engaging flip book for them to take home.

NOWÂ FLiP THIS had theÂ extreme pleasure ofÂ providingÂ flip booksÂ at the 45th Disney Ambassador Reunion Gala.Â Alumni from the past 45 years gathered at theÂ Sleeping BeautyÂ Pavilion in the Disneyland Hotel and celebratedÂ this time honored tradition. Â We brought our Mobile Flip Book Studio to entertain event guests and provide an unforgettable super fun photo flipbook experience. Our video to photo flip books were a hit! A fantasic evening was had by all.

The 45-year tradition of the Disney Ambassador program is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for those selected. Disney selects ambassadors among its employees â€” called cast members â€” who apply for the elite position, described as â€œone of the highest achievements of a Disney cast member.â€ The program began in 1965 byÂ Walt Disney, who wanted a liaison to help during the parkâ€™sÂ 10th anniversary. Individuals named asÂ AmbassadorsÂ accept a two-year-long assignment representingÂ Walt Disney World Resortâ€™s approximately 58,000 Cast Members and share the magic of Disney throughout the community and the world.

NOW FLiP THIS had the honor of making over 1000 flip books for the runners and families of the Â Bank of AmericaÂ Chicago Marathon on October 10,2010Â Â in the fabulous Volkswagen booth.

Then, our mobile flipbook studio staff headed out at 5 am to be at mile 12 to continue theÂ flip bookÂ marathon for the spectatorsÂ cheering on these remarkable athletes.
